Terms of the ordering service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are and what we do
1.1 The platform EuroLink (the “platform”) is operated by the operator named in the legal notice (“we”, “us”).
1.2 We run an ordering service. We do not sell goods ourselves and we do not keep goods in stock. On your instruction we buy the products shown on the platform from suppliers abroad, mainly online shops in Germany, in your name and for your account, and we arrange their transport to you in Georgia.
1.3 The purchase of the goods is concluded between you and the supplier. Our contract with you is a service contract (mandate): we carry out the purchase on your behalf and arrange the transport.
1.4 These terms apply to every order placed through the platform. Other terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
2. Customer account
2.1 Products and prices are shown to registered customers only. Registration is free of charge. You must be at least 18 years old.
2.2 After you register, we check your details and approve your account. We may refuse an approval, for example if the details are incomplete or obviously wrong.
2.3 Please keep your details, in particular your delivery address and phone number, up to date and keep your password secret.
3. Prices and our service fee
3.1 The price shown for a product is the final price in Georgian lari (GEL). It includes the goods, their transport to Georgia and our service fee.
3.2 If an order stays below the minimum shipping weight for a supplier country, a weight surcharge is added to the transport costs. It is shown before you send the order request.
3.3 Supplier prices and exchange rates change. The price that applies is the one we confirm when we accept your order. If the supplier’s price has risen by the time we buy, we ask you before buying.
3.4 Customs duties or other import charges that the Georgian authorities may levy are not included in the price unless we tell you otherwise. If we know that such charges will apply to your order, we tell you before we confirm it.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
4.1 You place products in your cart and send an order request from the order overview. With the order request you instruct us to buy these products for you under these terms.
4.2 The contract is concluded when we confirm your order on the platform (status “Confirmed”) or in the chat. We may decline an order request, for example if a product is no longer available from the supplier.
4.3 After the confirmation we agree on payment with you in the chat. We buy the goods from the supplier once your payment has been received.
5. Payment
5.1 The total amount is paid in advance, using the payment method agreed in the chat.
5.2 The part of the price for the goods and their transport is an advance that we pass on to the supplier and the carrier on your behalf.
6. Delivery
6.1 We deliver to the address in your customer profile. Delivery times are estimates; they depend on the supplier and the carrier. We tell you about delays.
6.2 If a supplier cannot deliver a product, or only part of it, we refund in full what you paid for the missing goods, including our service fee for them.
6.3 Please check the parcel on receipt and report visible transport damage to us within three days, if possible with photos, so that we can make the claim against the carrier. We pass on to you in full whatever the carrier pays. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Cancellation and returns
7.1 You can cancel an order free of charge as long as we have not yet bought the goods from the supplier. Payments already made are refunded in full.
7.2 With the order request you expressly ask us to buy the goods as soon as your payment has been received. Once we have bought them, our ordering service has been fully performed and can no longer be cancelled.
7.3 Returns of goods follow the return conditions of the supplier. Write to us in the chat if you want to return something; where the supplier allows it, we handle the return with the supplier on your behalf. You bear the cost of sending the goods back to the supplier. We pass on the supplier’s refund to you in full. Our service fee is not refunded unless the return is due to our mistake.
7.4 Your statutory rights under the consumer protection law of Georgia remain unaffected.
8. Defects
8.1 The goods are sold by the supplier. Claims for defects in the goods lie against the supplier or the manufacturer. Where possible, we assert these claims on your behalf and pass on any replacement or refund to you.
8.2 If we make a mistake ourselves, for example by ordering the wrong product or quantity, we put it right at our own cost.
8.3 Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
9.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
9.2 For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential obligations of the ordering service, limited to the damage that was foreseeable when the contract was concluded and to the value of the order concerned.
9.3 Product descriptions and images come from the suppliers and may have been translated automatically. What counts is the product the supplier delivers. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Communication and data protection
10.1 We communicate with you through the chat on the platform, by email and by phone. Arrangements made in the chat are binding for both sides.
10.2 How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms with effect for the future. The version in force when you send your order request applies to that order. We inform registered customers of changes on the platform or by email.
12. Final provisions
12.1 The law of Georgia applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
12.2 Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
12.3 These terms are available in Georgian and English. If the two versions differ, the Georgian version prevails.
